Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) is a high-rise system with multistory to store goods and material. It is composed of high rise racks, overhead and ground track, aisle stackers, automatic entry & exit facilities, warehouse control system (WCS) and warehouse management system (WMS). The stacker and entry & exit facilities will do the storage/retrieval functions automatically. The whole process is controlled by computer via network to realize modern management which is an important composition for enterprises to realize modernization. 

System structure

1. Goods transfer and storage is finished by high risk racks, pallet and packing box

2. Stacker, shuttle plate, RGV, AGV is storage and retrieval equipment

3. Storage and retrieval distribution system includes roller conveyor, chain conveyor, distribute car, lift devices etc.

4. WCS control system is composed of all electronic control devices for computer-controlled entry & exit facilities, distribution systems, and various detection and insurance mechanisms

5. WMS warehouse management system includes warehouse account management, data analysis, reasonable management of storage locations, equipment operation, and inventory status display.
